“We contracted Mirodan Constracting during the pandemic to a leasehold improvement in our newly constructed commercial units for our retail stores (a dollar discount store, and also a convenient store). There were 3 units (2 units combined into one, and 1 unit on its own – units were at both ends of the building).
Miro and wife worked together with us from the scratch – drawings, permits, advise, and everything we needed to get the units ready for inspection and approval.
