Mirodan Contracting was founded in 2002 in Oakville, ON primarily focusing on residential contracting working in the Greater Toronto area. After a few years of success in the residential sector, the increase in demand for commercial contractors opened up the opportunity for Mirodan to begin contracting in not just the GTA, but across Canada.

This gave us the chance to evolve our now proven & reliable skills with commercial spaces, ranging from builds for retail locations, fast food restaurants, and industrial sites, to honing in on our property management experience. Our services continued to expand, adding full luxury residential builds and industrial space conversions to our resume.

With nearly two decades of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial contracting under our belt, we have evolved to be a full service architectural design and construction provider throughout the GTA! With a distinct focus on commercial and industrial projects, our services encompass everything from initial drawings and permits, to complete builds and transformation projects.
